Schedule:
Monday thru Friday- 7am-3:30pm
***2-4 week training period, then working 2-3 days onsite (remainder remote)
Primary Tasks & Duties: **
This position will be responsible for data entry and processing of technician pay for different departments and will report to the Payroll Supervisor. This role will also work with a team of 5 additional data processors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data entry for our bi-weekly payroll
• Audit invoices processed for technicians in our POS system
• Compare daily reports to technician timesheets
• Process final timesheets for terminated technicians
• Payroll adjustments for technicians
• Audit of lead tracking data
• Answering supervisor/technician questions
• Sending bi-weekly pay sheets to technicians
• Process monthly/annual bonuses for field staff
• Assist with special projects & other tasks, as needed

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience helpful, not required
• MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong work ethic and ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
