Benefits Research Analyst needed for a nonprofit multi-care organization serving the Snohomish County area

Qualifications:

• 2 years of HR experience required; benefits related experience highly sought
• Solid project management skills with the flexibility to at once
• Knowledgeable of performance evaluation tools
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
• Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination and boosters prior to employment

As the Benefits Research Analyst You’ll sweat the small details and focus on making an impact by digging deeper with valuable questions.

Founded in 1983, our client is a non-profit provider here to serve the health needs of county residents who face barriers to health care. With seemingly unobtainable health resources, our client’s mission is to offer affordable primary healthcare services, including Medical, Medical Walk-in’s, Dental, Physical Therapy, and access to a local pharmacy.

Deeper aspects to your role:

• Research – Provide analysis and reporting support with the delivery of benefits programs.
• Retention – Participate in salary surveys and in pay equity work/studies. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors/consultants
• Performance Management – Collaborate with project teams and leadership to develop, educate and deploy new compensation initiatives across the organization.
• Benefits – Recommend improvements to design, service and delivery associated with compensation plan administration. Assist managers in establishing or modifying grade or compensation structures and or incentive plans.
• Rules & Regulations – Support efforts to ensure compliance and fulfill reporting needs along with internal teams.
• Handle the data management and integrity between systems and providers.
• Recruitment – Assist in the development and revision of job descriptions.
