Job Description

The Rebate Analyst imports/enters rebates from category managers into the PDI back-office system.
This person also works closely with the Category Manager to support and maintain an accurate, efficient, and timely rebate program for items that the Category Manager has approved. This person should be able to identify differences and patterns within documentation easily. This position requires great attention to detail and the ability to concentrate in an auditing capacity.
Major Responsibilities:

• Set up new rebates for products and promotions into PDI
• Submit rebates to vendor partners
• Maintain rebate information from category managers
• Maintain and reconcile rebate schedules
• Review rebate receivables with AP, AR, and Category Managers
• Assist in auditing all rebates for proper documentation
• Respond to vendor, category manager, AP, and AR inquiries within 24 hours
• Assist category manager in watching product margins to help maintain company profitability
• Employee is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines. Employee is responsible for planning and carrying out assignments, resolving conflicts that arise, informing and coordinating with others as expected. Employee is accountable for insuring the technical accuracy of their work and maintaining good working relations, both internal and external to Parkland USA. Self-direction and motivation are also expected.
• Support Pricebook team as needed
• Must meet performance expectations; Must complete any and all duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to process large amounts of work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of PDI Pricebook
