PAYROLL CLERK/ACCOUNTING CLERK

We are in search of a Payroll Clerk/Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for various aspects of payroll and accounting administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls using PayCom.
• Review employee time records for accuracy prior to payroll completion
• Weekly and monthly sales bonus calculations
• Responsibilities would include a combination of payroll, accounting, and clerical duties
• Respond and resolve team member questions regarding payroll
• Process employee expense reimbursements and per diems
• Reconcile credit card statements assigning GL codes for multiple branches
• Other administrative duties may include daily/weekly reports, payment processing, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements

• Prior payroll and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to utilize various software programs
• This position requires a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines
• Adaptability for learning and change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
