PAYROLL CLERK/ACCOUNTING CLERK

We are in search of a Payroll Clerk/Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for various aspects of payroll and accounting administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls using PayCom.
Review employee time records for accuracy prior to payroll completion
Weekly and monthly sales bonus calculations
Responsibilities would include a combination of payroll, accounting, and clerical duties
Respond and resolve team member questions regarding payroll
Process employee expense reimbursements and per diems
Reconcile credit card statements assigning GL codes for multiple branches
Other administrative duties may include daily/weekly reports, payment processing, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements

Prior payroll and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to utilize various software programs
This position requires a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines
Adaptability for learning and change
