Parkview Terrace Hiring for Immediate Full Time Office Manager Job at Hamilton Full Time

We are a busy office that is looking to find a strong team player who can assist in maintaining all the file and computer systems in our office which is located near King Street & Greenhill. We are looking for a full time individual who can work from Tuesday – Saturday, hours are as follows:

Tues: 9am – 5pm

Wed: 10:30am – 7pm

Thurs: 9am – 5pm

Fri: 9am – 5pm

Sat: 10am – 4pm

Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Excellent written and oral communication required within our multi-cultural environment

2. Attention to organization and inner office communication

3. Ability to input data into different programs accurately – sometimes with time constraints

4. Experience with social media postings and able to learn new computer programs with ease. Knowledge of Canva or similar programs is as asset but not a requirement.

5. Ability to handle difficult or unhappy residents/realtors/contractors and good dispute resolution skills
