Summer School 2022 – Summer School Secretary**

Location: Summer School Sites
Pay Rate: $15.17/hour

Summer School Dates: No School June 20th and July 4th
K-8 – June 13 – June 30, 2022 (Monday – Thursday) (7:30am to 12:45pm)
High School: June 13 – July 15, 2022 (Monday – Thursday In Person) (7:00am to 2:30pm)

Essential Job Functions:
Perform Standard office duties involving copying, word processing, databases, and spreadsheets. Manage student records and perform summer school registrar responsibilities in accordance with state and district guidelines; prepare invoices for payment using district purchase order system and perform other budget and accounting functions; communicate with parents in order to fill classes available for summer school; and handle placing substitutes for teachers.

Qualifications:

High school education with a working knowledge of personal computers and computer software (Infinite Campus and MUNIS for budgeting)
Previous experience in standard office procedures involving word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Able to read, learn and respond to a variety of subjects related to the function of district operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to relate to diverse groups of people
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to lift an average of 30 pounds by hand
Able to move in and around the building

In Person Remediation – Claymont (Henry)
In Person Remediation – Craig (McKelvey)
In Person Remediation – Mason Ridge (Highcroft Ridge and Pierremont)
In Person Remediation – Ross (Bellerive)
In Person Remediation – Shenandoah Valley (River Bend and Green Trails)
In Person Remediation – Wren Hollow (Sorrento Springs and Oak Brook)
In Person Remediation – Southwest Middle (Central, Northeast, South & West Middle)
In Person – North High (Central, South, and West High)
