Position Overview
The Product Design Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Product Designers and ensuring the usability of our products from the end-user’s perspective. This roles plays a pivotal role in championing and embedding design as a core competency within our product teams, product development, and the wider business. As the Product Design Team Lead, you will use deep domain knowledge and user analytics to make optimal usability decisions, foster innovation, and guide the team in following solid product design principles that prioritise the user’s needs.
