Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will manage various human resource functions, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring the company’s HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are accurate and up to date.
3. Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
4. Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, policies, and other HR-related matters.
5. Organize and conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale.
6. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
7. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
9. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
10. Coordinate and execute training programs to enhance employee skills.
11. Provide support in managing payroll and employee benefits programs.
12. Help in developing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
13. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
14. Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and challenges.
15. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR processes.
16. Stay updated on the latest HR trends, tools, and best practices.
17. Assist in the development of strategies for talent retention and development.
18. Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
19. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and time tracking.
20. Support HR projects, such as job design and employee satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
