Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant Job Description
Elements owns and operates seven retail stores in Alberta and B.C. We are Western Canada’s leading Patagonia and Filson dealer.
The bookkeeping/administrative assistant is a multi- task role based out of our corporate office in Canmore, AB. This position supports the stores and corporate teams with duties including basic bookkeeping, accounts payable, reconciliations & month end procedures, communicating with vendors and retail stores, inventory management and other admin tasks.
NOTE: This is a Maternity Leave job opening from Mar 15, 2023- June 1, 2024
