GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Performs data entry functions.
MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:00AM-4:00PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters data in Papervision and other tracking programs and scans all documentation by Paperflow.
- Maintains master files for all residential consumers in accordance to governing standards and Pathfinder Policies.
- Purges old files from main file room and storage file rooms on a quarterly basis or sooner if needed that are held for audit purposes. Maintains annual destruction of purged files.
- Receives, tracks and distributes Behavior Reports (BIR?s) to appropriate staff.
- Distributes, receives and monitors monthly safety meeting packets for each residential facility and the residential office.
- Maintains staff emergency contact book with up to date information.
- Informs supervisor of any file discrepancies and keeps a running spreadsheet of any missing documentation.
- Receives and reviews progress notes and enters information into a spreadsheet.
- Conducts monthly audits of files to ensure files remain in compliance with DDS and CARF regulations.
- Assists at Residential facilities as needed.
- Performs all other duties as requested or assigned.
