This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding national healthcare firm! We are seeking a full time Clerical Support Associate.
This employee will be responsible for providing a variety of patient services through mail, telephone, and personal contact in regards to billing and receivables.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year in a customer support/service role
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of insurance or managed care a huge plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience working with EOB’s a huge plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
