PatientAdvocate Int. Hiring for Wellness Travel Agent at Remote Full Time
We are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual, who loves to help others to join us as a Wellness Travel Agent.
You will need to research and book all travel plans and accommodations as needed by your clients. The trip may include but not limited to hotel, cruise lines, car rental, flights, Wellness Retreats and more.
You will need to stay up to date with specific certifications by different vendors, and suppliers to be able to book Wellness travel. Get familiar with different destinations, to help create an unforgettable experience.
Job Requirements:
- Engage with potential clients to ensure you meet their needs.
- Stay up to date with all required training.
- Respond in a timely manner for all Wellness travel inquiries.
- Make sure to stay within the client’s budget.
- Follow up with the Wellness travel industry and upcoming changes such as travel restrictions, etc.
- Follow up with the client’s before, after, and while on the trip to make sure there are no issues, or make sure they are happy with their trip and overall experience
