In this entry-level role, you’ll gain valuable experience in all aspects of HR by providing administrative support to our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping us build a strong company culture.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• HR Data Guru: Collect, update, and maintain accurate employee information within our HRIS system, ensuring all records are current and complete.
• Onboarding Specialist: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, document collection, and reviewing company policies, benefits, and programs.
• Administrative All-Star: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, copying, and secure information storage.
• Confidentiality Champion: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information and safeguard company operations by handling all data with the utmost discretion.
• HR Support Partner: Assist with HR requests and inquiries from employees at all levels.
• Project Powerhouse: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with a diverse workforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of prior experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the facilities/security services industry (a plus).
