We are hiring high volume recruiters to find the best of the best pick-up and delivery drivers across the US! You will work closely with companies to help them meet the needs of their organization by sourcing, screening, and sending them the top candidates for their employment needs.
You don’t have to have prior recruiting experience – we will train the right person. The right person will be success driven, can work with a variety of people, has great attention to detail, and wants to be part of a growing and fun team! Our team is all around the country, so you always have support and people to work with, but you will be fully remote so personal accountability is a requirement. And an appreciation for the fact that YOU will be helping people across the country continue to get those packages on their doorstep every day! The backbone of daily deliveries is in YOUR hands!
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other avenues
- Pre-screen, interview, qualify for skill & suitability
- Inform candidates of salary and benefits based on hiring client specifics
- Work with clients and internal managers to plan for staffing needs
- Lead candidates through the background check process
- Apply HR recruiting best practices
- Point of contact and recruiting relationship building with candidates
- Send offer letters for candidates based on client approval
- Perform other duties based on the needs of the organization and assigned by manager
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to work with all types and levels of candidates, management, and business owners
- Ability to work with a team, escalating concerns, problem solving
- Ready to handle change, be flexible, and able to work with constantly changing priorities based on client needs
- Solid judgement with an ability to make timely and responsible decisions
Pay
- $20/hour
Additional Information
- Ideal candidate will be available to work extended / flexible hours depending upon season and hiring needs
- PTO is flexible once training is complete and work obligations are being met
