GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Overall responsibility assisting the Paul Davis Franchise Network to deliver best in class results. Ensures compliance with carrier scorecard expectations by providing administrative support and direction to franchise locations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating & Actioning daily active claims management
• Monitor files in various claim systems to ensure compliance to standards.
• Work with Quality Assurance team and conduct administrative functions.
• Escalate noticeable patterns for compliance related issues to Director of Quality

Assurance

• Drive accountability in Franchises regarding customer service and client KPI’s
• Assist with Catastrophe management during influx of Catastrophe events.
• Maintain mastery of client SLA compliance program
• Proficient in all modern technology, including mobile platforms for field use.
• Additional duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS

• 1-2 years work equivalent experience as an administrative role in restoration property insurance.
• Advanced Excel training an asset.
• Familiarity with Carrier SLA agreements (and KPI’s) in Canada is an asset.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, accountability, self-starter.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills

Position Description

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents.
• Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face to face

Travel

This position may require up to 20% travel. This position requires travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings.
