Operations & Office Manager
Pawsitive Beginnings takes pride in being a dog training company that encompasses all dog behavioural needs. It is our belief that is no breed of dog that cannot be trained to be the ideal pet to join a family.
1. The Business Office Manager will have a major role in identifying workflow best practices, ensuring correct registration processes and correct charging practices.
2. Monitors Clients Bookings, and Schedule Appointments in a timely manner
3. Handles initial intake sessions including approving or turning away clients appropriately and scheduling follow up training sessions with Ms. Hood
4. Establishes standards to ensure all processes and procedures are followed correctly.
5. Oversees Clients updated information daily audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies with appropriate Clients.
6. Reviews refund requests, adjustments/write-offs.
7. Reviews daily following up on each service offered s to identify how to continue improving the business process.
8. Conducts regular staff meetings to inform staff of pertinent information.
9. Provides in-service training and makes sure procedures and guidelines are followed for staff
10. The position will be responsible for autonomous decision making guided by owner, policies, and guidelines and providing leadership, direction, and coordination of operations.
11. Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.
12. Responsible for billing and collecting invoices.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
