You will be the central point of contact (in a team of 2) for all internal Corporate IT-related issues providing level 1 and level 2 support as well as managing the escalation to level 3 teams.

What you are going to be doing
What we need you to be good at.
We don’t expect you to come with all the skills required to be successful at this job. We do however need someone who is hungry to learn, efficient, detailed and result driven. We’re seeking a proactive individual who possesses sound IT skills with solid troubleshooting capability. You could be solving an easy, general day-to-day issue to a more complex technical issue.
We need you to be approachable with a can-do attitude and willingness to help our internal staff (200 people in total) achieve the right solution for their needs.
You will work as part of team and will be supporting users across all levels in the company, meaning you’ll need to be able to communicate with IT savvy users and non-technical people at the same time. We need someone with exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
