Job Description Summary PayPal’s HR team Isi opening a key role in Mexico City in its Employee Advocacy organization which is dedicated to the programs that care for employees as they encounter extraordinary events in and out of work. This global Employee Advocacy team is responsible for policy development, policy interpretation, policy engagement and program management for a portfolio of employee assistance programs. The Employee Advocate collaborates closely with HRBPs, Legal, Employee Central and business leaders to provide advocacy to employees in need. We’re seeking culture champions, policy makers and program managers with extensive employee relations’ experience and adept inter-personal and influencing skills to join this exciting team.
