Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, execution focused, result oriented analytical professional to join the Latin America team. The person will help to accelerate the growth of our merchant and consumer portfolio. This is an exciting and versatile role with high visibility across the senior leadership and requires strong execution discipline, strategic and analytical capabilities along with interpersonal, relationship building and clear communication skills. You will help accelerate our growth by supporting the sales teams to deliver on their sales pipelines, by identifying and pro-actively driving initiatives within the organization to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive accountability with sales teams to achieve their sales targets. Work closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance and other teams to provide an overview of risks and opportunities in our sales pipeline
• Identify/Execute new business opportunities and initiatives that will support the growth of our merchants and markets
• Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable commercial insights that can deliver revenue growth
• Develop, plan and lead cross-functional sales initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Data Science & Analytics, Sales Operation and other regional & global business teams on planning and budgeting projects
• Support with internal management cadences, senior leadership presentations, sales plans, and other programs

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from in business, finance, or sciences 8+ years of relevant work experience in Tech industry/multi-national financial service companies or management consulting; some past exposure/experience to a sales organization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong exposure to projects/teams across multiple jurisdictions and diverse cultures
• Ability to craft outstanding storylines using MS PowerPoint, think-cell and similar tools to convey ideas/plans to a broad set of different stakeholders
• Strong data capabilities using MS Excel to build business cases and analyze complex data that help driving growth initiatives
• Personality that is comfortable to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with changing priorities
• Ability to successfully navigate in a matrix organization where strong cross-functional collaboration is required
• Proactive and resourceful nature with high level of intellectual curiosity
• Understanding of payments and relevant ecosystems advantageous but not required
