• Research: Collaborate and with leadership on improving, implementing, and executing strategy and process improvement.
• Resolve: Serve as an escalation point for specialists handling complex cases.
• Innovate: Effectively build, develop and lead a team of 10 Customer Service Specialists and monitor daily metrics and providing management guidance

In your day-to-day role you will:

• Lead a group of 15-20 agents into a high performing team that exceeds goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and present to stakeholders.
• Evaluate phone, email, chat cases for each teammate and troubleshoot escalations.
• Assess and interview incoming talent and drive training needs

What do you need to bring:

• Education: College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 years related experience.
• 1-2 year(s) experience in people management. Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus.
