Are you a fan of technology? We are looking for Sales Whizz who is available from December – February to join our friendly team at our Hornby retail store!

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and assist them in finding the product they are looking for
• Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making
• Ensure customers are provided with excellent service at all times
• Identify and manage all customer requirements regarding orders and deliveries, quotes, and product specifications as appropriate

Requirements

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• IT product knowledge preferred
• Weekend and Public Holiday works are expected
