Here’s how a(n) Receptionist for our Denver office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Answers and directs incoming calls in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner, paging employees when required.
- Responsible for managing office voicemail and distributing messages.
- Greets all visitors, answers questions, and directs to meeting rooms, or connects them with staff members.
- Manages, monitors, and responsible for general maintenance of reception area and break area.
- Opens, date stamps, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
- Prepares outbound packages as per senders’ requests and receives/distributes incoming couriers.
- Orders office supplies for district or assigned area.
- Willing and able to work in and adapt to change.
- Knowledgeable in department/project-specific software.
- Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- One to three years reception experience preferred.
- Professional communication in person and over the phone.
- Professional and service-oriented approach internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential and privileged information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult calls and situations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to various work styles.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. leverage such knowledge.

The salary range for this position is between $35,500 and $46,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
