Job Purpose:

Administrative assistants are employed in a very wide range of fields and provide various types of administrative assistance to the department supervisor. Depending on the workload, they may be trusted with carrying out tasks for one or many individuals within a department, and cross-department work is sometimes necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Type correspondence; compile data for expense and statistical reports.
• Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Conducts research, prepare correspondence, expense and statistical reporting.
• Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of customer service, professional composure, and integrity
• Working knowledge of RESPA and related compliance guidelines, along with the ability to detect and rectify deficiencies and/or non-compliance on specific loans Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Team Player w/good communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience with Point/Calyx LOS systems a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and decipher policies, programs and guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a deadline intensive environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment.
• Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are of key importance.
