PDS Tech, Inc. Hiring for Brand Desinger at Kirkland, WA Full Time

Responsibilities

• Ideate with the team and design a wide variety of advertising, marketing, and corporate content
• Design quickly and with a high-level of success
• Interpret creative briefs and build creative assets for a wide variety of platforms and media
• Partner with strategists and copy team to build succinct and effective campaigns
• Work in coordination with designers, copywriters, creative director, and external resources to create effective communications
• Develop a thorough understanding of user needs and how they differ to create solutions for teams across the organization
• Communicate clearly and consistently across the organization on an international level

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising and graphic design
• Experience with organic social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience designing for a variety of media
• Experience in designing storyboards and working with a motion team on all points of pacing and editing
• Excellent communicator
• Self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization
• A generous team player with a collaborative style of working
• Motion graphic and video editing experience a plus
• Experience in advertising mobile apps a plus
• Familiarity with the Studio app is a huge plus

Qualifications:

• Prefer a bachelor’s degree (but not required), specifically in design-related discipline such as Graphic Design, Visual Communications or Advertising.
• Strong mix of creative experience, with proven ability to lead and expand a portfolio of work with 5+ years of design Industry experience.
• Must be well-versed in brand identity design systems and techniques.
• Have a strong ability to champion design processes.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetic and proven track record for the craft of design.
• Experience in how branding applies to creative channels with an emphasis on digital channels.
• Solid verbal communication skills, with experience and a high degree of comfort presenting to all levels of clients, stakeholders, and/or colleagues.
• Knowledge of marketing requirements, Advertising, Social, eCom and visual merchandising is ideal.
• Have some understanding of related creative tracks, strategy, copywriting, user research, content production and technology.
• Must be proficient-to-expert in: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Asset DAMs, Workflow Creative Management Systems.
• Possess excellent writing and communications skills.
• Have the ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing, high-stakes environment.
• Must have a passionate attitude with willingness and enthusiasm to plot and achieve your own growth.
