Key Resposibilities:
➢ Support and Liaising with Service Engineers and Service Managers.
➢ Responding to customer technical queries and providing status updates of their jobs.
➢ Reporting to the Service Desk Manager daily.
➢ Preparing customer quotes following engineer recommendations.
➢ Reviewing and actioning technical reports.
➢ Tracking PPM schedule and ensuring it is always up to date.
➢ Preparing jobs to be sent to accounts for invoicing.
➢ Creating and updating jobs on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
➢ Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly in absence of Contract Support.
➢ Generating and issuing PO’s.
➢ Answering the Service Desk Support phone.
➢ General administrative duties.
Skillset:
➢ Highly organised – will work in a structured way, with ability to prioritise workload.
➢ Logical and will work in a clear and consistent manner.
➢ Excellent attention to detail is required with a high degree of accuracy.
➢ Assertiveness skills including confidence, accountability, and the ability to delegate
effectively if necessary.
➢ Persistence in the role and to be able to manage difficult tasks and follow through to
resolution
➢ Customer and team focus with the ability to plan, control, and take corrective actions to
resolve day to day issues.
➢ Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
➢ Excellent communication skills, must have fluent English and strong interpersonal skills.
➢ Have a very good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
➢ Have a good technical knowledge of HVAC & BMS systems
➢ Experience with Sage50 is a plus
➢ 2-3 years’ experience of having worked in a result driven customer service environment,
ideally with an Fm or technical services provider.
Renumeration & Conditions:
➢ The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin office – Ballymount Industrial Estate,
Dublin 12 but with the option of WFH flexibility.
➢ Competitive salary, negotiable on experience.
