Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Gain proficient knowledge of Peace Collective brands, collections and products
• Exceed customer expectations by creating connections with every guest 
• Maintain the sales floor and create an easy-to-shop store environment while following company standards
• Resolve any customer issues effectively and in a timely manner
• Perform point of sales transactions 
• Stay up to date on new product launches, promotions and other store updates
• Assist with in-store social media content
• Assist with online customer support for in-store inquiries 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working at an apparel retailer in a sales role 
• Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills
• Understanding of retail math
• Experience using MS Office and retail POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and multitasking 
• Excellent communication skills
• Part-time availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Experience working in a sports apparel retailer is strongly preferred
