Qualifications

-This position requires a great deal of sitting, walking, bending, and reaching

-Ability to push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift

-Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks

-Close visual focus required

-This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut/manipulate small objects

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times without assistance (200lbs assisted)

-Requires strong technical skills and familiarity with computers

-High school or equivalent

Responsibilities

-Ensure plants are receiving proper illumination, irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control

-Understands and can implement techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting

-Assist with plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts

-Assists with overseeing day-to-day cultivation activities and adjusting workflow and procedures in order to increase yields, efficiency and overall performance

-Assist with cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process

-Adheres to fertilization, irrigation, and feeding schedules

– Assist with extensive tracking and tracing of cultivation related items such as seeds and plants through finished products

-Assist with SOP’s to the facility and follow through of solutions

-Understands basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner

-Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management

-Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $450.00 per week

Schedule:

• 3×12
• 4×10
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
