WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work is performed in a fully functioning dental clinic. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment is routinely required. Physical exertion includes standing, carrying equipment and supplies, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High-school or equivalent education is required.
• College Education, Previous Dental Office Administration Experience is a huge PLUS
• Working experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a PLUS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Dental Practice Management Software (Eagle Soft is preferred)
• Effective office coordination techniques.
• Excellent communication skills
• Managing change
• Leading, training, and coordinating the work of others in a team environment.
• Operate a variety of office equipment.
• Work independently.
• Punctual, Dependable, and Flexible
• Well-Organized, clean, meticulous and detail Oriented
• Two years Healthcare Office Experience is Preferred
• Working Knowledge of computers for word processing, scheduling, insurance claims processing and health records managements

Job Type: Full-time
