Pediatric Dentistry of San Clemente Hiring for Front Office Receptionist at San Clemente, CA Full Time

We are looking for a member to join our team serving the city of San Clemente and the surrounding areas. We are a Pediatric and General Dental Office with PPO and Cash-paying patients located in San Clemente with a friendly, family-oriented environment.

Our dental practice is well-established and thriving since 2001, and we are searching for the right individual who is energetic, detail-oriented, professional, kind, a team-player with good communication skills, multi-tasking skills, and is willing to learn. Dental experience is a plus, but not necessary. Previous employment in banking or as a teller is also a plus! We are willing to train the right candidate for a long-term position. Duties / Responsibilities

• Check- in patients

• Answering phone calls with a pleasant and professional demeanor

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

• Checking insurance eligibility

• Help with insurance billing

• Using dental software to enter data

• Help provide a welcoming environment for our patients

Office Hours

• Monday to Thursday

• 8AM – 5PM

Pay

• $15-25 per Hour commensurate on experience and performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
