Pediatric Eye M.D. Hiring for Medical Office Phone Representative (2+ years experience) at Queens, NY Full Time
Our goal is to prevent vision loss in children. We are a Pediatric Ophthalmologyy practice that specializes in caring for babies and children of all ages. The first contact with our office is thru the phone. Our phone represenatives are trained to listen, ask the necessary questions and schedule appropriately. It requires alot of training. The applicant must be customer/patient oriented and have excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual Englsh/Spanish a plus.
In Additiion, applicant must be computer savy, detail oriented, flexible and reliable. Applicant must also be vaccinated. Queens applicants preferred.
