About The Department

Peek’s Sales Operations team is responsible for driving revenue and optimizing performance through effective and efficient sales processes, systems, analytics, and data. Sales operations encompasses everything from lead management, go-to-market sales strategy, process optimization, and KPI/data reporting. The Sales Operations Team collaborates closely with Sales Leadership along with Finance, Operations, Enablement and Marketing teams on defining and improving sales strategies, SLAs, processes and managing cross-functional initiatives to drive growth. The team also oversees the management of all technology related to enabling sales (e.g., CRM, sales automation, conversational AI) while partnering with other functions to ensure the successful deployment of any technology that touches our CRM.

About The Role

We are looking for someone to join our team who is experienced and/or passionate about sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Their duties will include providing administrative support to our SalesOps team members to maintain a high level of efficiency in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our SalesOps software tools and systems. This role will directly support our Senior Analysts and Salesforce Admin and thorough training will be provided on all required job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• CRM management: Maintain and update our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy. Provide training and support to sales representatives on CRM usage
• Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the sales team and management
• Sales process improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and optimize sales processes. Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for improved efficiency
• Documentation and reporting: Create and maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures. Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for sales leadership
• Ad hoc tasks:Assign record ownership, run deduplication tools, help with user support tickets, and assist in communicating needs and guiding project work with our Lead Qualification team

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a sales or related analyst role
• Business level proficiency in English
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Proven ability to perform transactional, data-heavy work for a large portion of the day
