We rely on our remote* MyBranch Representatives to go above and beyond to meet our member’s needs. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter who craves knowledge and growth in the financial industry! In all we do, we strive to provide a “WOW” member service experience, and we are seeking someone who desires to do the same and help our members on the path to financial wellness. Our MyBranch Representatives assist our members, over the phone, with anything from cross-selling Pelican products and services to opening and closing accounts of all types. They are a one-stop shop providing resolution on various topics such as debit cards, deposits posting, NSF fees, and so much more. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a sales environment!
All candidates who wish to be considered must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Call Center experience is preferred. Additionally, computer skills are a must. Candidates must be available to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
