Peloton Interactive Looking for Software Engineer at New York, NY Full Time

We are looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about building scalable and performant backend services. You’ll build out infrastructure that delivers delightful experiences to Peloton’s passionate member community. Your work will positively impact the ability of members to interact and engage with Peloton’s products in new and meaningful ways, from powering new modes of interaction to improving accessibility for all members.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Adhere to the highest engineering quality standards to ensure that systems are traceable, reliable, performant and scalable
• Develop new backend features to support the delivery of experiences within Peloton’s products
• Build internal infrastructure and tooling as needed to support product features

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with Java, Python or similar languages
• Experience building and scaling out RESTful microservices
• Familiarity with accessing, querying and writing to data stores like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, gRPC
• Experience with scaling microservices to hundreds of thousands of clients

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$112,400—$146,100 USD
