We are looking to hire Informatica PIM Admin Support for our end client.

Position: Informatica PIM Admin Support

Work Location : Remote

Generic Skills

• Experience in Informatica Power Center, MDM, IDQ, PIM administration
• Experience in data migration projects from SAP and Non-SAP sources
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player comfortable with working in onsite-offshore model
• Willingness to learn and take ownership and accountability

Experience Required

• Determine root cause, advise on fix/resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and unit test in DEV, ensure successful testing of changes in QA environment
• Investigate and resolve identified issues with Informatica PIM, Integrated PIM Data Quality, Media Manager, and processing
• Resolution of import and export job failures
• Investigation of resolution of exceptions in batch jobs and PIM processing
• Investigate and resolve integration issues in the imports, exports and internal PIM processing for data feeds
• Maintain custom code and plugins executing in PIM
• Guide client through issue fixes in non-production test environments
• Document steps for job re-execution or return to steady run state
• Answer or address training related questions from users
• Resend missing UPCs to OMS System per JDA report
• Investigate import job failures for business, ensure products successfully made it into exports
• Update image URLs using import jobs per business needs
• Monitoring health of PIM application and database servers
• Test and deploy Informatica PIM patches across environments
• User account management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the triage, estimation, and resolution of reported bug/defects within the Informatica PIM production configuration
• Investigation and resolution of configuration impacting the design and documented behavior
• Determine the root cause, advise on fix/resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and unit test in DEV, and ensure successful testing of changes in QA environments
• Execute deployments into all environments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Informatica PIM: 3 years (Required)
