Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Ad Promo Design Operations team of Penguin Publishing Group, part of Penguin Random House. This individual will support Art Directors and Designers on a small and fast-paced highly creative design team with a wide-range of administrative, organizational, workflow-related responsibilities as well as execute templated design projects.
Working in the Viking, Penguin, Penguin Classics and Riverhead imprints of the Penguin Publishing Group, this role provides an excellent opportunity for learning about book publishing and marketing from a design perspective. You will gain a broad understanding of what happens behind the scenes (from the general to the particular) when a book is being shaped to enter the competitive marketplace.
