Multinational IT company is seeking for Office & Community Manager to manage the Center of Excellence general activities, interact with office guests and visitors while enabling the company employees. He or She will act as the liaison between the company and the audience. Representing the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.
Responsibilities
· Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
· Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology.
· Ensure that facilities meet with legal, safety and security requirements.
· Manage budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
· Assistance with travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, visas, etc.
· Organize and coordinate staff and external meetings, moderating on-site video conferences, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
· Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency.
· Communicate and remind all parties of upcoming events, lunches, meetings, etc.
· Establish partnerships with universities, partners and other companies to create a ServiceNow Ecosystem.
· Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
· Participate in social events, corporate events, and workshops.
· Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Associate’s or College degree. BS or BA in business administration or other relevant area will be a bonus.
· 3+ years’ experience working as an Office Coordinator or other relevant position
· Fluent in business English language, written and spoken
· Significant experience with basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
· Good practical experience with office equipment
· Experience in customer service
· Complete understanding of the business priorities, industry, and ecosystem
· Social media savvy
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exemplary patience and professionalism
· Ability to manage customers/ stakeholders and their expectations and communicate results.
· Organized and reliable with prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities
Additional information:
· Salary reference: $25,000 MXN – $30,000 MXN
· Working days: Monday to Friday
