About The Role

The Project Coordinator/PowerBI Data Analyst will support the Customer Delivery Manager in the management and coordination of the Customer delivery organization. The Project Coordinator/PowerBI Data Analyst will work closely alongside the Customer Delivery Manager to provide full visibility of the performance, culture and moral of the delivery organisation. The Project Coordinator/PowerBI Data Analyst is to maintain full awareness of the goings-on within the organization and identify risks and issues that require Customer Delivery Manager attention. The Project Coordinator/PowerBI Data Analyst will assist in admin functions as directed by the Customer Delivery Manager.

• Experienced creating and launching reports using the PowerBI tool is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Email and diary management, including coordination of all meetings/conferences and preparation of agendas, documents and presentation material.
• Collation of documents/packs to support meetings on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist with event planning and management across the team as required.
• Support employees and maintain high level of engagement in the employee experience
• Maintain positive and professional communication with the team regarding all aspects of operations.
• Coordination of leadership team key meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material.
• Prompt handling of internal and external stakeholder requests.
• Composition of correspondence and updating and managing Knowledge Management tools such as team intranet and SharePoint sites.
• Effectively handle, escalate and follow up internal customer compliments, issues and complaints.
• Daily/weekly and monthly customer communications especially on project status and reporting’s.
• Proactive approach to ensure all governance packs are ready with correct data and a regular follow-up with team members to update these packs for internal and external meetings.
• Flexible working hours to support project coordination activities.
• Automate all reporting along with PMO to ensure project team are following set common platform and report to CDM on deviation.

Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 3-4+ years of Project Coordinator/PowerBI Data Analyst experience, preferably in the Telecoms industry.
• Ability to create and configure a simple workflow using Power Automate.
• Able to create a Power App to populate a SharePoint List.
• Experienced with creating a PowerBI Scorecard is a must.
• Ability to create and manage lists in SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Commerce and/or extensive relevant experience.
• Experience or formal training in in data analytics and data sciences will be a bonus.
• Experience in applying AI and ML Models to solve problems will be regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and customer.
