The role:

This organisation are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and enhancing their technological landscape. This is not only facilitating digital transformation but also improving how business analysis best practice is done as well as supporting the capacity uplift of junior team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions to address business challenges.
• Conduct thorough system analysis and design to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance the company’s technical capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for business analysis and technical solutions.

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Being able to not just perform business analysis tasks but also guide the direction that business analysis within this organisation takes. This involves promoting best practices and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven experience supporting junior business analysts to increase the quality of their work as well as upskill and grow their business analysis toolkit in a holistic way.
