Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic IT troubleshooting
  • Setup of PC, Printers and Mobile Devices
  • Management of Active Directory and servers
  • IT Inventory Management
  • Liaise with vendors to procurement
  • Management of Call system and generation of Call Report
  • Any a-hoc duties by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Equivalent with basic IT knowledge
  • No experience are welcome to apply
  • Office 365 Knowledge will be an advantage
