PeopleReady Hiring for Concrete Carpenter Forms at Salt Lake City, Utah Full Time

PeopleReady Skilled Trades works with the largest contractors in Utah. We provide skilled tradespeople for all aspects of commercial and residential construction. We are seeking a Concrete Carpenter. Work is done outdoors in hot and cold weather. You must know your way around a construction site and adhere to safety protocols to help guide and protect you as you work amongst cranes, and moving equipment. Having a background in the concrete field is necessary with a minimum of 1 year experience. We offer good pay, medical and dental benefits Job Duties & Responsibilities * Correctly interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to meet client?s needs * Use tools to cut and saw boards, timbers, or plywood to specific dimensions * Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools * Operate power tools, saws, vibrators, etc. * Install post shores per instructions * Create and assemble forms by hand * Set and strip wall forms * Build shoring and braces * Assist in pouring concrete * Maintain a safe, clean job site according to OSHA and company guidelines * Practice and adhere to all safety protocols * Accurately erect forms, framework, scaffolding, etc. * Ability to listen and follow directions · No drug tolerance

Pay rate- $20-30/Hour.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and safe work on the jobsite, taking others and your own safety seriously

• Ability to organize and prioritize work

• Applicant will need their own tool kit Regular, dedicated attendance is required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• OSHA 10 or 30 hour certified preferred but not required

• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiar with different forms Suggested Tools:
