The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for delivering quality, efficient, accurate superior customer service to support the National Accounts Service Center Department and company mission. This position is responsible for providing the best professional, high-level customer service and administrative support of product fulfillment to its customers. This position requires organizational, interpersonal and computer/data management skills as well as good judgment to solve problems to maintain smooth and professional service center operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER and SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point; ability to learn and work with proprietary programs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
OFFICE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office work environment; Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods throughout the day. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
