Job Title: Customer Experience Agent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days including weekends

What is the role about?

Being part of the Customer Experience team means that you get to speak to our fantastic players through a variety of channels every day, supporting them by answering their queries, signing them up to play and most exciting of all you sometimes get to tell them how much they have won! You’ll chat to them about all the wonderful charities they support both locally and further afield and keep them up to date with the prizes we have on offer.

Our overall aim is to provide a first-class customer experience to raise funds and increase awareness for charitable organisations and the work they do. Through your pride, knowledge, and contribution you’ll support People’s Postcode Lottery in achieving our aims.

The role will involve speaking with our players by telephone and by email but also involves both personal and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills with the support of your
Team Leader. To support you we will provide excellent training. We are committed to development and support diverse training paths through our in-house training programme; Lottery Academy, this covers everything from beginner to intermediate levels as well other topics such as resilience courses and interview skills.
