Job Details for Data Entry Clerk:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (one weekend day per month required)
• Pay Rate: $18/hr (overtime rate=$27/hr)
• Hybrid Schedule: Work 2 days in-office (located in Malvern) and 3 days from home

Job Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk:

• Responsible for accurately and efficiently entering confidential data into Microsoft Word and other computer databases for processing
• Carefully format financial documents in Microsoft Word in a timely manner
• Proof read documents and ensure grammatical and spelling errors are corrected
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements for Data Entry Clerk:

• Proficient with using Microsoft Word and excellent typing skills
• Must be willing to work overtime during busy season (up to 55-60 hours per week – will be compensated)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to work one weekend day per month
