Currently we are looking for our next: Commercialization Sr Supervisor
Which is the main objective of this role?
Support PMF Foods Print Quality: Police and own packaging print quality in-line with region and global programs; develop sector specific programs for global brands and actively supports PepsiCo’s Local Marketing function and leads any new design rollout across the sector.
What will you be doing?
- Develops effective communications with operating divisions and departments on commitments, costs, timing and performance of suppliers in regard to Brand Standards
- Focal point for PMF (brand projects, workshops), develops Brand GPs / long term strategies.
- Lead the Technical Feasibility meeting Design assessment for innovations in PMF
- Multilingual with regional business experience preferred.
- Lead Graphics Commercialization Process innitiatives for all types projects such as: Revenue
Management/Packprice, PWP (Performance with Purpose), Value Engeeniering, Promotions and Supply
Chain.
- Support Commercialization Team to achieve initiatives on time by Graphics Commercialization Process and
monthly review of their performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Identify any differentiating expertise required for success in the role.
- Bachelor Degree on Graphic Design or Industrial desired, (Packaging Knowledge desired)
- Project Management knowledge: Office + Design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) + MS Project (is a plus)Scrum (is a plus)
- Languages: Spanish and English fluent Experience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 4-5 years
- Knowledge and Management of Printing process (Flexo, Extended Gamut, Offset, Gravure)
- knowledge in packaging design and materials
- Knowledge and practice in approvals multifunctional programs (Blue, Trident, Wave,Esko & more) Knowledge in Product development General IT systems competency, adaptable to Apple Mac applications and Windows Experience with Regulatory Affairs requirements for Product labelling Design Knowledge and Adobde tools
