Responsibilities
Align and leverage big bets agenda based on categories priorities (regional level)
Develop 360° strategies for every initiative (from concept to POS and digital execution strategy)- regional and local execution
Align categories acceleration vision, strategy, growth drivers and trade platforms for LATAM.
Align demand spaces with brand positioning into shopper marketing aligned activation solutions.
Enable multi-category and better together activation synergies for the different channels
Develop insights based innovation shopper activation guidelines.
Evolve, develop and execute shopper experiences to connect deeper with customers and shoppers (POS to digital)
Create powerful and consumer centric concepts for seasonalities and platforms
