Responsibilities

• Design and partners with sales team Customer Value offer deployment for all SCAM Customers, to boost customers growth
• Leads large and targeted trade initiatives enhancing customers volume and PesiCos profitability
• Manege and ensure the strategy of dominant positions in POS and competition perimeters with our brands across categories
• Creates targeted loyalty programs across channels to strength customer relationship and volume
• Identifies market trends and designs actiaon plans to capatilize growth along with sales team
• Increase presence in major seasons that present DX and additionally implement new seasons by category that support brand sales
• Support Commercial transformational project from a trade and merchandising perspective
• Manages Top line end to end initiatives from ideation, S&OP enricments connection and playbook communication to FL
• Coaches Sales Managers on S&OP Process Results & Trends
• Manage and execute business development building blocks in the S&OP Process (1 Team Plan)
• Managed end to end rack process with Sales Development Channel execution team and alignment with CariCam/LATAM Trade Strategies
• Manage Distributor relationship with sales teams for 3rdParty Distributors (Feduro)
• Point of Contact for the Categories and revenue to influence in product design and price
• Point of Contact for the Sales, Finance teams for New Business Proposals
• Lead strategy the perfect store Latam in the different channels for SCAM
• Ensure alignment of all areas (MKT, Revenu, Commercial, Catman, etc) for the fulfillment of the good execution of initiatives
