A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants and other experts builds close relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection and operational strategies. Responsible for clerical aspects of the contract and bidding documentation function. The Contract Coordinator must be proficient in Data Entry and have strong verbal and written communication skills which are necessary with our Sales Reps, internal Customer Service and Purchasing Departments and outside vendors. Works directly with vendors as a primary contact and works closely with sales to communicate price updates and changes. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
Pay is dependent on experience, starting rate $16-$17/hr
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 – 12 Months Accounting, accounting admin support or related area
proficient in Data Entry and have strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1 – 2 Years Accounting, accounting admin support or related area
