Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the billing department with medical record requests and notes as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Handle various administrative requests including patient account audtis
• Remain flexible to assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Assist with any Provider Credentialing data entry as needed

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent tiem management skills and ability to prioriitize tasks
• Attention to detail
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum one year of related experience and/or training.
