You will work within the Change Management office in EITS and your role is to support the Change Portfolio Manager and all EITS teams by managing and enabling effecting on-boarding/roll-off for all Contractors being employed into the function as well as supporting the teams within EITs with their capacity and demand forecast requirements
Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact with 3rd party Resource suppliers, Weekly/Monthly 3rd party governance meetings, CV Requests, Role Scope Profiles. Co-ordinates review of new role scopes with Hiring Manager/3rd party.
Co-ordinate between hiring manager and 3rd party provider aligning interview times. Subject to offer being made to candidate, co-ordinate between 3rd party & Hiring Manager start dates.
On receipt of signed documentation of new resource co-ordinate and manage all Access. This will include logging Active Directory tickets, requesting and organising new laptop/VDI account and physical access to SSG or Cork (depending on the person¿s nearest location), if deemed necessary.
This is in collaboration with Hiring Manager.
Requirements:
Good time management and organisation skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail to monitor and control Contractor Extensions
Manage admin functions of identified project requirements
This is a Permanent position based in Permanent Dublin office.
